Interview
My resume was forwarded to the branch by a friend who was an employee. The hiring manager set up an interview with me promptly. I was interviewed by the hiring manager and the branch manager. They made it clear that the Customer Service Representative was a sales position, and that there would be lots of pressure to make sales. The interview consisted mostly of behavioural-situational questions. The atmosphere was very relaxed and laid-back.

How would you respond if a customer was upset that the bank had to wait for their check to clear before releasing funds?

Interview
Dropped off resume in person, talked to the Branch Manager for 10 mins, answered questions like availabilities, previous experience etc.. She told me they are hiring and will contact me within a week. Got her call in about 7 days, asked me to go have a interview with her and her co-worker, I will have the interview tomorrow.
