TD Customer Services Representative interview questions

The interview was 30 minutes long, asked very detailed questions in which i answered the best of my ability. Very friendly interviewer and gave me great insight into the company policies and what a day was like when working for TD. I was very thankful to get such a great opportunity in which I hope i can do the best of my ability.

first phone interview, then panel interview or group interview. The phone interivew is pretty easy just answer typical questions like briefly introduce yourself, what is your strength, what TD attracts you, tell me an example that you handle customer complain, why did you leave your last position, etc
