Interview
My interview for the customer service representative role was a telephone interview. The gentleman conducting the interview was very polite and educated me on the duration of the interview and how it was going to take place. The interview held many questions that were ethics related. Once the interview had been completed, he informed me I did well and the position was offered. He was personable with me and upon sharing my nervousness he joked with me and informed me that he couldn't tell.

Fairly short simple, Very few questions asked, management team was a delight to talk to very friendly. Manager was straight to the point she was looking for talent and someone with customer service experience

i apply online at first, after almost 2 months, i received the email tell me to do the online self-assessment, then i got the phone interview,and finally they tell me went to branch interview. The whole process took me about 3 months.
