T-Mobile Sale Associate interview questions

First interview was filled with questions about retail skills, situational questions and a lot of “Why do you want to join T-Mobile?” After the first interview they sent a background check. Second Interview was with the Marketing Director over the phone and then I was sent a job offer via email 1-2 weeks later. Overall process took a month.

I applied on the company website, and finished the online assessment. I received a call from a hiring manager the next day who asked me a few questions and gave a brief explanation of the job I would be working. My interview was scheduled a few days afterwards, and I was interviewed by a store manager and a district manager. I was asked a few formal questions about my experience and to tell them about myself and that was about it. I asked many questions about the position afterwards, and within a few days received an email to complete my background check and then a call from a manager who offered me the job.
