I applied online. I interviewed at T-Mobile (Miami, FL) in Jun 2017
Interview
Took about 3 interviews to get hired. Went over your resume and asked team building questions and retail questions about customer service. I had to call back to the store to continue my processs because it seemed they had forgotten about me.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at T-Mobile (Halethorpe, MD) in Sep 2019
Interview
Typical previous experiences based questionnaire developed by the company to identify best candidates. Managers do a bit of explaining, you answer questions as you can and the manager records a score regarding the response.
In my case my manager expedited my application and had me come back in the next day for a follow up interview at a location 30 minutes away. The interview took less than 15 minutes and was based on a few questions and being sold on the brand and being 'groomed' into believing you are a high candidate to be moved into management. I was on my way home when I got yet another call to visit the DM in a 40 minute away location for a meeting... ok then.
Upon arrival I spent roughly 35 minutes talking and being further groomed into believing I would be a great candidate someone who could easily be quickly promoted and brought into management and someone who could go far within the company. It took less than 3 days to get a temporary acceptance letter and onboarding took place less than 2 weeks later.
