T-Mobile Sale Associate interview questions

Was very friendly made casual convo and expressed what I was able to offer to the company. I would say if you have spunk use that and show your customer friendly.

Staff that worked there seemed very sensitive when a customer had a complaint and took it personally. Why would you want to work somewhere if that's how they'll treat the customers? How will they treat you when you're working there and have a complaint about scheduling? Hard pass.
