T-Mobile Customer Service Representative (CSR) interview questions

Applied online next day was sent an email followed by a phone call to make sure I was going to proceed with a video recording (interview) was emailed the same day for a 2nd interview with hiring team.

Walk-in interview took 30 mins, was a group interview with 3 two interviwers asked questions and anyone can initiate reply took us 30 mins questions were easy pretty much discussion based got selected in a group of 3 got offer within a day and joining within a week almost 10 ppl selected on that day we all went for training togther after training only 5 left and I left job too after 4 months management not supportive
