Interview
i submitted a resume, then was called the next day to formally apply online. i did that, a week later i received a call from the store manager for an interview the following week, a week later, he called and said i made it through to the district manager interviews, then a week later i had an "audition" which lasted for an hour where i stood in the store, attempted to sell on the sales floor and even learned so training and product knowledge.
I was not offered the position. The interview process was incredibly lengthy and after each interview you're led to believe your one step closer to getting the position. I wasted a month of my life interviewing for this position.
