I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Sunglass Hut (Atlanta, GA) in Dec 2015
Interview
It was very laid back and a one on one interview! I felt comfortable, I came dressed to impress, and they asked me questions just simply to get to know me and see if I was available and ready for the job.
I applied online. I interviewed at Sunglass Hut (Adelaida)
Interview
It was about 50 of us in a big room. Firstly, long presentation about company. Then, we were paired to talk with our partner. Then we were asked to introduce your partner about name, how did you travel here and an interesting fact about your partner. Next step, group role play. Basically introduce a brand with your team member. You can do some research on your phone. Make sure you contribute a lot in this part. Then one-to-one interview

I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Sunglass Hut (Melbourne) in Oct 2017
Interview
The interview was held in a function room at the CBD. Around 65 people were lined up to get their names checked off the list. 15-20 mins later we were all invited to walk into the room, being clapped and cheered on by the staff which was a pretty good way to loosen up the tension already felt outside.
We were introduced to a few videos and photos of the brand and what they are about as well as a few quiz questions e.g. “Where was Luxottica founded.”.
The first activity was to say the name of the person next to you and a fun fact about them in front of everyone.
The second activity was to get into your table groups and create as well as rehearse a creative/funny 30 second ad about a brand of glasses they stock. Laminated props were supplied as well.
The last activity was the 1 on 1 interviews. This one took a while because they then interviewed everyone in the room.
