talking about eligibility and skills and strong personality that would help manage the starbucks, also what the favourite drinks were. it was very pleasant and easy interview. very friendly. I would recommend the hiring interview process. It was very prompt and we finished all process within few days.

Entrevista com supervisor da regiao em uma das lojas escolhidas. Depois teria um teste prático direto na loja, onde te colocam para trabalhar de verdade, sem custo algum para a empresa. Tive que limpar o chão, lavar louça, fazer bebidas, retirar o lixo, foram quase 4 horas de trabalho gratuito. Horrivel! Não dão feedback nenhum. Pior entrevista que já tive. O salario e beneficios são bons!
