Starbucks Store Manager interview questions

Two district sanagers interviewing over Microsoft Teams. Extensive, heavy "STAR" use required in questions with follow up questions from interviewers. 5 questions for me but our interview went nearly an hour, overall friendly.

2 interviews, competency based with a p+l exercise. Very straightforward and quick process. Friendly interviewers and no curve balls. The first interview was a 45 minute competency based interview and the second was in-person with a practical exercise at the end.
