Sears Store Manager interview questions

Was contacted via email regarding position applied for requesting I take a series of skills tests/personality tests. After doing so I was contacted by a recruiter wanting to schedule a time to do a phone interview. He asked if he could call on Saturday, however I was not going to be available so we scheduled it on a Sunday! After giving some background on the interview process he asked standard interview questions for a management position. He also informed me that they did not actually have a position available in the area, but are always looking, but that there was an assistant position and asked if i would be interested. I said that I would be. He told me that the process takes about 4 weeks to hear anything back. I got an email about a month and a half later saying that the position had been filled.
