process seemed very slow....took long time between contacts

the interview is standard. Phone and two on one on interviews is the norm. Be professional and be prepared to give examples of results you have driven in previous jobs. Background and drug test will be necessarry. Be patient it could take a month. The hiring manager doesn't complete all the onboarding so be patient he is probably working with a recruiter that he does not see everyday.
