Sears Senior Software Engineer interview questions

I Had v bad experience with sears(Pune).Below are the few points i wanted to highlight here, 1)HR's have no professionalism once they send out the mail saying that our profile has been shortlisted they will take years to arrange an interview and we need to follow up everyday. 2)interview was pretty good.There will be 2 rounds, technical and technical + manegeral round. 3)Once after completing the interview again they will take years to let us know if we are through the interview or not. 4)Its been almost 2 months since i completed the interview, still waiting for the offer letter as the HR is saying that she is waiting for some 'Approval'.Worst company ever with worst management and HR's

- Writing / electronic code interview - Remote Phone interview Interview started with recruiter giving me a set of questions to answer (details on some is given below) and answer those questions in 45 minutes and send it back. Past that they took a personal interview with a group of five people - few fellow engineer colleagues (now) and a manager. Started with a few basic questions about myself etc. and then moved on to more specific questions - Questions were mostly opinionated on wether I would choose this technology or something else based on the problem at hand, then a few technical specifics related to a few frameworks in java and finally a general design question - interview was about 45-50 minutes and I was given an offer within 1 hour after that.
