I Had v bad experience with sears(Pune).Below are the few points i wanted to highlight here,
1)HR's have no professionalism once they send out the mail saying that our profile has been shortlisted they will take years to arrange an interview and we need to follow up everyday.
2)interview was pretty good.There will be 2 rounds, technical and technical + manegeral round.
3)Once after completing the interview again they will take years to let us know if we are through the interview or not.
4)Its been almost 2 months since i completed the interview, still waiting for the offer letter as the HR is saying that she is waiting for some 'Approval'.Worst company ever with worst management and HR's

total three round first round was OA round which have quant,reasonind,Coding question. and also we have two DSA question . and in the second round we have technical round in that they also asked about DSA and OOPs Concept and question according to your tech stack or job post which you are applying

White board more on sql side and joins. Also technical questions on Oops concept and multi threading
