you first look online on job search websites or sears holdings career website, look for open positions and then apply for one, fill in all your data or import from facebook or linked in, fill in eveery detail and authorize your signature and your social security number, then complete the application and wait for email or look up your job admission status on sears career website

Interview process was easy enough. Had 3 interviews, was kept waiting in excess of 20 minutes each time. 2nd interview was a bust because manager thought it was a first interview. Questions were easy to answer and as expected.. I questioned whether I really wanted to be associated with a business whose management had so little regard for its prospective employees and possible customers.
