Sears Sales Associate interview questions

Basic, easy questions. I applied via Craigslist and contacted the store immediately after. They scheduled an interview for the following week. After the background check, I was offered a position the following week. The staff are friendly, although the initial training was lacking. Co-workers were the main support in learning the trade, more of a "LEARN AS YOU GO" atmosphere. The follow up online training was helpful.
