Sears Sales Associate interview questions

Easy process, met with a hiring manager who asked questions about customer service experience. Asked if I have any previous sales experience and then listed out a number of scenarios that he wanted to know how I would handle. Once that stage was over I got a call back for a second interview, this time with the store manager who basically went over the same things. Was hired on the spot.
