Must apply online, complete application. Then you must take an Aptitude Test to see if you qualify for an interview. If you don't pass the Aptitude Test, there is no interview.

I applied online. I had to go through an employee behavior questions, and a simulation of different types of customers in a typical work environment. After finishing that, I was emailed about two weeks later telling me to come to the location for an face to face interview. I was interviewed by the manager, who asked some basic behavior questions(i.e "Describe how you handled a coworker who was not pulling their weight.) interview was in person 1 : 1.
