I applied in-person. The process took 2+ months. I interviewed at Sears in Jun 2017
Interview
I handed in the resume at store. Got a call about two weeks for a one on one interview. Walks in the store on the day of the interview and get thrown into a group interview with ten people. Anyways so interview was quite long. The person asked alot of follow up questions from each of us which were not difficult. The interviewers (2 ladie3) were super friendly, chatty ladies. However, the large group was quite intimidating. We also had a practical part of the interview where we had to come up with an outfit in 15 minutes and then sell it to the group. I got a call back two weeks later for orientation.
