Interview conducted via a recruiter. After a few days interviewed market manager. Did a final interview with a Store manager as a formality to ensure personalities meshed. Went through normal screening process of drug test/background check.

Interview
After completing an application online there were several tests and questionnaires to complete as well. Next was a phone interview with a corporate recruiter, followed by a phone interview with a multi-unit district manager in training, followed by a phone interview with the district manager, followed by an in person interview with the Store Manager. Job offer was give via phone by the original corporate recruiter. The whole process was very disjointed, and the various parties involved did not communicate well with each other, especially the corporate personnel with the field personnel.

It was fair; questions all relevant to the job; all involved were professional; did not take excessive amount of time; allowed time to ask for additional information about the job; got a good idea of the expectations of the job during the interview; was not excessively difficult
