Sears interview questions

Met with manager and sales rep. Reviewed my various previous employment and histories. Talked about my various job skills and likes. Talked about the position requirements, the levels of previous success and or failures and the why's.

I was asked a few questions and then the interviewer talked about the company for a few minutes. I was indirectly warned of how big businesses are going out of business recently and that if I worked there, we would all have to really try to get people to come into the store. Honestly, that was a bit terrifying because job security completely went out the window. The pay rate was extremely low, there weren't any benefits offered because they just wanted a fill in part time employee, and it didn't feel like the business was doing well. I decided to go with a well-established bank instead for employment.
