Sears interview questions

Arrived early for my interview, requested to speak to the individual who was interviewing that day. Stood up as they came in. Greeted them with a handshake and repeated my name for verification and the position I was applying for.

Very relaxed and conversation-like. Honestly I think they will hire interviewees most of the time unless you fail the drug test or have a history of theft. You do not need to prepare for the interview.
