Sears interview questions

I have applied @ Sears career portal. Recruiter called and scheduled interview. 2 Telephonic technical interviews and 1 Managerial and 1 client round. Cleared all rounds,salary discussed. Till this stage everything is fine. Sears is in very bad phase ,so position went on hold. They told after multiple follow up,till that time they passed time. One day they called and offering job with third party payroll. These companies are meant for wasting candidates time nothing else. If anybody attending Sears interview,please ask recruiter on first discussion itself. Recruiters will waste ur valuable time , they don't have little concern also. Please stay away from Sears.
