I applied through a recruiter. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at Sears (Bengaluru) in Aug 2017
Interview
Interview process consisted of 3 rounds.
First hr called for getting details.
As per hr profile was matching hence got a call for interview in Bangalore office.
One hour paper pencil test. Questions included a lot of java selenium.
Waited in reception for 20 mins got called for technical interview.
2 senior managers took interview. Questions included deep dive in the already taken test.
Also on all new technologies. Since sears uses lot of new tech coming from banking background I was not aware of most of it.
Interviewers were polite finished interview in 1 hour.
Got call from hr cleared interview.
Scheduled onsite interview on call.
At the time of interview the interviewer asked for f2f skype call. It was 8 pm at night i was at home studying all day not at all in presentable interview clothes. Setting up skype and wearing good clothes took some time for me. Interviewer was very arrogant threw attitude for delay which he caused. Process was very awkward as well. Felt like he was convincing how complex difficult this job would be and how I am not suitable. Kept on asking questions which are not on resume and I have no idea about.
Hr called again said last interview i have not given properly so they are offering me sr. Technical Associate role not test lead. Overall interview process was bad. Left bad impression in my mind.

I applied online. I interviewed at Sears in Nov 2018
Interview
It was a normal interview practice, nothing out of the ordinary. The questions were generic, like how would you help customers and stuff. It would be a good idea to practice before hand just to have an idea of what to say. You can find the more common questions online.
