I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Sears (Boston, MA) in May 2017
Interview
It was a really quick interview since the store was closing at the end of the summer, they just wanted to remind me that it was seasonal and that I can work as much hours as I wanted until the store officially closed down to the public. There was not a lot of questions. I still had to get a drug test before starting.
I applied in-person. I interviewed at Sears (Montreal, QC)
Interview
I applied in store and got called back to talk to a manager 30 minutes later. There I was invited to come to an interview the following weekend. The interview was a group one, with around 20 candidates and 3 managers. We asked to form groups of two and present the other person in the group. Then we were given 10 minutes to go around the store to find an item and attempt to sell it to the managers present.
