Sears Cashier/Sales Associate interview questions

The interview process was pretty simple. You apply online schedule a drug test before your interview and wait about a week until your results come in. From there you'll recieve an email if you passed the drug test and they'll schedule an interview. As far as the hiring process they call you in, you'll take in some personal documents and be in a confrence room with others who have orientation, as well as the store manager.

Careless. Did not go over the interview questions simply asked me if I had experience then told me to watch my email. My orientation was supposed to be only a few hours but that turned into a full 8 hour work day without any notice.
