Sears interview questions

I had an initial phone call about 20 minutes. In person on site, one-two hours. Reviewed portfolio and previous experience. Met with Designer and Design Director. Met the team and office space.

They hire a lot of students so they want to know what days you are available out of the week. They ask if you are punctual because they have problems with employees arriving late. I answered I was punctual and that I even arrived early for the interview and they like that response.
