Sears interview questions

Three interviews with various managers and shift leaders. The questions were standard. After the interviews, I received an offer for the position. I started working immediately afterwards. The environment was friendly towards new workers.

The interviewer was very unfriendly. They waste your time when they already know from the beginning that they are not going to hire you. The man tried to intimidate me by the way he asked questions. The gesture was kind of rude as well. I believe I answered the questions right but I'm glad I didn't pursue on working there because I wouldn't want to work in that kind of environment anyway
