Sears interview questions

Basic interview and questions asked during the process. Primarily about reliability and morale, not much about specific tasks or jobs that would be required of me in the future. Some basic things about work schedule and availability.

As a fresher I applied here through college, my interview process went really smooth. The questions were answerable, the person even asked me about joining, and then boom I didn’t receive any response from them .
