I applied online. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Sears
Interview
It was great at the time of the interview. My interviewer asked great questions and he was incredibly kind. He offered me the job immediately at the end and due to the quick nature of it, I honestly thought it was a scam. It wasn't, at least not completely. As I came to find out during training, my interviewer had told me - and many other newbies - wrong information about pay and hours. Because of these mistakes we ALL thought we would be getting more per hour and have overall more hours per week. We told HR and the training manager, but nothing was really done about it.
Good. Manager very professional and personable. Really enjoyed working there for the two years. Good job while I was in school. Manager was able to allow a flexible schedule and worked well her employees.

Interview
The interview process was tedious and full of scenarios. Question were asked to ensure that I had a full understanding of what yhe job entails. I the process was also scary as tactics were used to determine your knowledge skills and abilities.
