Sears interview questions

Got called in to come in for a interview. Got there and found out it was a interview with 15 other people. Got pair up and we had to find stuff about each other and then present it to the group. Next week had to pick out a outfit and then present it to the group. They never asked questions directly to us.

Fairly standard. Roughly a half hour phone screen then some on-site interviews with 2 or 3 people. There were standard interview questions that were checking for culture fit, expectations, experience, etc and then there was a more technical interview that involved some white boarding. They were pretty quick with responding and the length process was about average.
