Sears interview questions

I applied online and received an email to schedule an interview not too long after submitting the application. The interview was held in the manager's office, where we sat down and she reviewed the job description with me, to see if I felt comfortable performing all of the duties. Then she asked me different questions to understand my experience and qualifications for the job.
