Sears Customer Service Representative interview questions

The interview process was pretty decent and easy to navigate. They will ask questions about job history etc. what’s your strengths and or weaknesses are and how well you work on a team. They will also check references.

Easy and fast interview process. They asked a couple questions in regards to experience, how many years I’ve been in customer service, any experience in sales. They álef ways I’ve handled calls in the past and got confirmation that same day on training and when to start.
