Sears Cashier interview questions

I had my interview a little over 2 weeks ago. The actual interview was fine, the guy asked a series of basic questions. I was told right after that they were offering me the job and to expect an email with background information and training. Couple days later I recieved an email congratulating me on accepting it, along with follow up questions on background information. After a week no one got back to me, so I emailed the recruiter and called him. Without hearing from him I called the sears location directly, no one answered so I left a message. The recruiter got back to me today, saying the location was not interested in moving forward with a second interview. Even though, I was given the impression I already had the job. I am irritated that they rescinded their offer and most likely would not have told me if I didn't follow up with a few calls. Not to mention that I passed on other job offers because I already accepted the position at sears.

Very quick, very easy I was only asked if I had experience using credit cards and when I was able to start. I have now worked here for 3 years. Since I was hired they are so desperate for employees, they'll hire anyone. They do drug test some employees, but I believe it is random. I wasn't drug tested, I know many people that weren't but a few were. The interview is very easy but I wouldn't suggest working here.
