2. had two 1:1 face2face interviews with local managers of the company
3. had a 1:1 phone interview with potential future manager

First two steps were OK, but the last two were horrible. manager forgot to call me, then said he called someone else by mistake; the interview date changed at least twice. Manager's English was really bad and it was hard to understand anything. After first ten minutes it was clear that they wanted someone a lot less experienced yet continued the unnecessary discussion.
One month later the recruitment agency called me again with job offer, but forgot they haven't even closed the previous position and didn't let me know what was the outcome.
Extremely unprofessional approach to recruitment. Not sure if it was more of the bad luck (bad manager and bad recruiter) or more of a general situation.
