One interview with internal Recruitment Director (Resource Solutions), very good and thorough. Then an onsite interview with the client Head of HR and Recruitment Manager at the company headquarters in city of London.

How do you manage situations when your team are overloaded with work
The interview process was smooth, with four rounds involving different team members and senior leaders. Most interactions were positive and friendly. The final interview with the CEO felt slightly awkward, as the discussion around career tenure did not fully account for the impact of COVID lockdowns and global layoffs, which have affected many professionals.

A phone call to initially discuss the role and my background. This was followed by an in person interview with two senior team members to discuss my background and skillset in more detail. We also covered how to manage a busy workload
