Robert Walters interview questions

The interview process was good overall. I first had an interview with the HR department, followed by a second interview with the director of the department I applied for. I had good conversations with both of them, and their answers were very clear and honest when I asked questions. However, since I came from a different industry, I decided to return to my previous field instead of challenging myself with a completely new one

There was 3 rounds to the process. First round, interview online with one lead member. Quite a short conversation. Second round, in the office and meet with multiple heads of departments for interviews one by one. They then pass or fail you. I went to the final round with one manager but failed the final round.
