Robert Walters interview questions

Two to three interviews, then feedback is given. The process is straight-forward and communication is clear. The team is friendly and provides information if one has questions. Overall, a great experience.

Lengthy - had 3 rounds of interviews. First one was with the recruiter, second was with Design Manager, last was with Senior Marketing Manager. Can't believe I had to go through these then do the design exam (which took forever to finish, btw) only to be rejected with no explanation as to why I got rejected. Recruiter also mentioned my expected salary was too high and that my current salary was already high??? Lol
