Robert Walters interview questions

After submitting the CV, the Hr team contacted me. I had 30 30-minute interview with one of the Hr team and it was mainly about the background and passion for recruiting/sales. During the interview, I could get the result and talked about the next step. The next round was a 3-hour interview with managers of all the departments. 20 minutes each, I talked with the manager, and here it was also about passion. No one expected any professional knowledge as I was a new graduate. After this interview, I could get a result in a few days and was told I would have two of the managers who liked me during the second interview. However, since I got an offer from another company I stopped my process here.

One of their recruitment consultants has contacted me numerous times over a couple of years with different opportunities, some that I have been happy to proceed with. I go through the trouble of sending my CV, only to never hear back, ever. Very poor service. I have made a mental note never to respond to this particular recruitment consultant in future.
