Interview
I was contacted by two different people from London about this position. Then had a face to face interview with the local manager. When she walked in and I could tell she had an attitude with me. Was patronizing, said I was a job hopper after I detailed why I had several contract positions. I am an experienced Recruiter and very good at my job, she was unprofessional.

Interview
I went through an online interview where I had to record myself and answer questions as they appeared on screen. Then a telephone interview with the recruiter. The recruiter was brilliant (Gareth), would call up to check up on the candidates.
The assessment day was split into three activities, group based task (no right or wrong), skills task, and interview.
Everything was great, the skills task was simple enough, and the interview was really good. The people there are really friendly and not all cold or rude unlike other recruitment interviews I've been to. I fell short on the group activity, I was quite and I didn't speak as much.

Interview
Normally, it will be phone interview to understand the candidate job expectation of his/her search and they will do the job match based on the candidate working experiences. They will based on the candidate's requirements to match the best jobs for him/her and they will call for face to face interview and explain on the job they have selected for him/her to proceed to submit the resume to their clients for review. Once it is shortlisted for interview, they will notify their candidate and provide the interview details to them. They will also follow up closely with their candidates and clients after interview status. If the candidate is shortlisted for the job, they will follow up a meet up with candidate to sign for job offer by their clients. If the candidate did not shortlisted for the job, they will continue trying their best to look out more suitable position for their candidate
