Robert Walters interview questions

J'ai éffectué 4 entretiens dont 1 téléphonique,c'était trés plaisant.Les questions posé aménent a des prises de risques dans les réponses.Les recruteurs s'intéressent vraiment a notre profil et a notre motivation

I applied online and I had the first interview 5 min after the application. Basic questions about my experiences. Second interview in the same day with the manager and he asked me for a face to face interview. Third interview with the manager and it took around 1h30 . Great interview in which I had a good chat with him talking about my experiences, my goals and my achievements. Fourth interview two days after with the director and it was a bit harder. Asked about my experiences and what was my understanding about the role. I didn't get an offer because he said that I didn't demonstrate enthusiasm and I do not think that it was a reason.
