Ramp Sales Development Representative (SDR) interview questions

Spoke with the person doing the interview … A total ego driven bro. Said to get ahead in the company SDR's need to make 1000 A DAY! If you're spending 3 minutes on each call that's 16 hours a day just on the phone. Even at 1 minute each that's 8 hours. They are not in reality. Either they go through SDR's like tissue paper or they are lying. Pass!!

The interview process was pretty straight forward, I made it to the second round which included a case study/presentation. I put a lot of time and effort into it and felt like I did well, but the interviewers expected perfection. They critiqued every detail of my outreach templates (simple things that I could easily adjust with training in the future). It seems like they want you to know everything without providing any training
