Interview
Group interview with 25 applicants and 4 staff. First they did a powerpoint about their store and company, then everyone introduced themselves one at a time with a "fun fact". From there we broke up into groups of about 8 and within our groups had discussions about each of the values of Patagonia. It was 2 HOURS in length and conversation involved a little bit of sharing your experiences but moreso opinions on current issues. The conversation tended to be dominated by a couple people and honestly was very cringe-inducing and boring. There was waaaay to many people to reasonably interview at once and most people were so annoying. There was lineups at the end to shake the interviewers hand, so impersonal and over the top for a minimum wage retail position. It was very obvious from the beginning who was confident and who was nervous as hell so try to relax.

Interview
This was a quick interview process. The hiring manager was friendly and thorough. Asked about my qualifications for the position as well as my commitment to society and sustainability.

Interview
It was a group interview, like a conversation between managers and others applying for the sales associate job. Overall it was a good process and very casual, they just want to learn more about why you would like to be part of the Patagonia team and who you are.
