Patagonia Sales Associate interview questions

Relaxed. First in person which was very relaxed then a Skype interview which was more rigorous. This was with head of HR in Europe and they asked numerous questions from experience to potential situations/tasks as well as involvement and care for the environment to see if you matched the companies ethos.

Unlike other interviews I've had, Patagonia offered a group interview. It was stressful at first, but quickly loosened up and became more of a fun conversation with all of the interviewees building on each other's answers to questions. Interview was with a floor leader and the manager. They were professional, engaging, and fun.
