This was for a hybrid position where I would be doing sales but also helping coordinate the store's community events and outings. Everyone who interviewed me was incredibly nice and in that way it was one of the more positive processes I've been a part of. However, the hiring process was drawn out over several months and I ultimately ended up feeling my time had been a bit wasted as they ended up informing me after several interviews that they had gone with somebody internally who was already an employee.

They asked me about my event planning experience as well as my retail experience
2 interviews. The first one was a group interview with all the stores, then the second was individual at a specific store. Really great. However took a while to hear back with their decision
Send in a resume, interview with two or more managers. After the interviews are over, a manager will call you with the results. Very smooth process, very little stress.
