I applied in-person. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Old Navy
Interview
Applied for the position and got a call about a week later. The interview was done as a group for the whole thing, which made it kind of awkward. They also didn't say beforehand what they would need, and also did hire paperwork for everyone during the process. After the group interview, I got a call a few days later with an offer.

Question 1
Everything was regular, only difficulty was that it was my first job interview/job so I didn't have experience like some of the others.
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Old Navy (Aiken, SC)
Interview
I was called for an interview a few weeks after I applied. The interviewer was very friendly with me and she asked me to tell her about myself before the interview and we talked about hobbies for a minute.
I felt that I did well in the interview and answered most of the questions well, but I didn't get a call back.

What is a recent fashion trend that you think will catch on?
I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Old Navy (Troy, MI) in Oct 2012
Interview
Applied for the job one day, and got called the next day to schedule for an interview. Went in for the interview within the next couple days. Manager was running late (about 15 mins), and had back to back interviews. Very casual interview, no office or sitting in a chair. Interviewed in the middle of the store, and only asked a couple questions. She said she normally has interviewers to walk the sales floor, but since she ran behind that she wouldn't make me do that. Took about 10 mins, if that.

Question 1
Nothing really unexpected, and like I mentioned above...she only really asked me 2 questions. Most people feel the 'tell me about yourself' question is tricky, so that is probably the most difficult thing she asked.
