Old Navy interview questions

I was called for an interview a few weeks after I applied. The interviewer was very friendly with me and she asked me to tell her about myself before the interview and we talked about hobbies for a minute. I felt that I did well in the interview and answered most of the questions well, but I didn't get a call back.

Applied for the job one day, and got called the next day to schedule for an interview. Went in for the interview within the next couple days. Manager was running late (about 15 mins), and had back to back interviews. Very casual interview, no office or sitting in a chair. Interviewed in the middle of the store, and only asked a couple questions. She said she normally has interviewers to walk the sales floor, but since she ran behind that she wouldn't make me do that. Took about 10 mins, if that.
