Old Navy interview questions

For a grade 7 position with the company, I went through 3 interviews. One with an outside store manager, one with an outside district manager + different store manager, and a final with my store manager. Interview questions pertain to management decisions and experiences, not necessarily job specific.

Initial process was smooth. Including phone screen with recruiter, phone screen with hiring manager, phone screen with another member of operations. Invited to come in for interview in San Fran as next step to meet with three additional people. No feedback given to interview for about 45 days when notified of decision to pursue other candidates.
