Old Navy interview questions

I did two interviews with Old Navy. The first interview was just me and another candidate; they asked questions like what is your favorite hobby and basic questions like why do you want to work at Old Navy. Second interview met one on one with store manger asked questions like" when was a time you had to take a leadership role?"
