I had two interviews with two different people when I applied five years ago. They asked questions about the best ways to prevent theft, what you think you can bring to the company, your organizational skills, and your favorite piece of clothing in your closet.

Interview
You will have an initial interview with the training and hiring manager, which if you pass that round you will be referee to the store manager for a second interview. The questions are basically about different situations that may arise with customers, and what do you do and how do you react to those situations. For example how do you handle a difficult customer or what do you do if you see someone stealing.
